How To: Picture Flip Book

Yesterday , I showed you what I gave the mother's in our lives for Mother's Day .  I also mentioned that these would be great for other events.  Such as, a graduation for high school or college (with a pictures of your student from Kindergarten through Senior year, either high school senior or college senior) paired with the book by Dr. Seuss 'Oh, the Places You'll Go', or even for Father's Day. Supplies: 2 -- 12x12 card stock, coordinating colors 1-2 (your choice)-- of designer print pages, coordinating Photos Embellishments of your choice Photos Ribbon Glue or self adhesive (my favorite type to use) Cutter/paper trimmer **All my paper, stamps and ink supplies were the product of Stampin Up! 1) I started with two (2) 12x12 pages. 2) I cut both of them in half, so they are now four (4) 6 x 12 pages. 3) I scored one (1) page at 3 inches from the left and right side, and then again about 3 1/4 from both ...

Rolling With the Punches

Have you ever had one of those days where anything chaotic that could happen...will happen?   Well, that was us yesterday.  Last week.  Last two weeks.  Can we get a break now?  I'm ready to s-l-o-w   d-o-w-n. We've been battling some colds, tummy issues, NOT THE FLU, and awesomely enough...strep throat.   So, Baby Girl, had a reaction last Friday where she broke out in a full body rash.   Instantly, I assumed it was an allergic reaction to her antibiotics because I have an allergy to one and big sis has an allergy to one.  Oh no, my friends.   Not the case.  Did you know that strep can also cause scarlet fever?   If you did, you are one smart cookie.  If you didn't, well, tuck that away in your memory for future use.  Yup, my sweet little baby girl, had a massive body rash, felt like sandpaper.  It was everywhere.  I felt so terrible for her.  So yesterday, was her follo...
